If you haven't yet noticed we changed booking systems! We're super excited about Jane.app and hope that even though things are different they will transfer smoothly. If you had an email in the mindbody system you should have been sent an email through Jane to set up your new account. In switching systems we will be gaining and loosing some features so we ask that you bear with us in our adjustment period. We are excited to be able to add video and advice links to your profiles to help enhance your treatments. We will be able to go paperless with online intakes and charting and we are excited to announce with our new system we are working towards insurance billing.

What has transferred?
We were able to import your contact information and visit history. We can't transfer billing information so that will have to be done online or next time you're in the clinic. We have manually added account credit amounts for anyone who had prepaid appointments that were non-expired. We have a list of all outstanding gift card numbers and amounts so we will need your gift card number when you come in to use it. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to send us an email.
