What it Helps

Asthma-Sixteen clinical trials of the Buteyko Method report efficacious results as an adjunct for asthma.

Sleep Apnea & Snoring - The relationship between nasal obstruction, mouth breathing, snoring and sleep apnea is well documented.

Anxiety - Learning slow, quiet, calm breathing allows operating systems to restore towards normal. This is the opposite to the commonly held belief of taking the "deep" (big) breath.

Five Coaching Sessions 

It's recommended to have the first two coaching sessions 1-2 days apart, then weekly follow-up sessions.  You will receive mouth tape and reading material at your first session.  We will go over theory as well as a breathing analysis.  A plan will be developed and new exercises are given during each session as well as practice and evaluation.

One-on-one coaching allows more time for individual evaluation and tailored exercises. 

Video Coaching

Schedule one on one video coaching sessions.  It is recommended to find a place in your home where you can walk about ten paces.  

One on One In Home

First Session $300 Return Session $150

One-on-one coaching in your home.  We travel to Milwaukee and Delafield area.
